If the oil return pipe is damaged, a plastic pipe can be used to introduce the oil into a self provided container, filter it, and then pour it back into the oil tank.

Oil leakage in the oil delivery section: appropriate measures can be taken according to the situation: if the gasket of the hollow screw in the oil delivery pipe is uneven, the gasket can be removed, ground flat, and then replaced. If the problem still cannot be solved, a new gasket can be replaced, or a thicker soft plastic material can be cut into a gasket and replaced; The oil leakage at the joint between the plastic oil pipeline and the metal is mostly caused by the hardening or rupture of the plastic oil pipeline. The hardened or ruptured part can be cut off, then softened with hot water, installed on the metal joint while it is still hot, and then tied firmly with metal wire; The metal oil pipeline breaks and leaks oil. The broken part can be welded with copper. In addition, to prevent the oil pipeline from breaking, the curvature should be appropriate when installing the oil pipeline, and the device should not be forcefully pulled. The pipe body should not touch the machine body to prevent wear and tear.

Valve cover oil leakage: When the valve cover is installed, if the tightening force is too strong, it is easy to deform and leak oil. At this point, the leaking valve cover can be removed and carefully hammered with a mallet to deform it, making its contact surface flat. Then, a gasket can be placed on top and the device can be installed.
