Hot rolled non oriented silicon steel does not have a coating on the surface, but it has an oxide film and also has anti-corrosion effects. It is not easy to rust in a generally non corrosive dry environment.
The rust proof oil customized for silicon steel sheets can form a fine polar protective film on the metal surface. The polymer corrosion inhibitor can penetrate deeply into the capillary pores on the metal surface, seal the pinholes on the silicon steel surface, effectively block various corrosion factors that cause corrosion of silicon steel stamping parts, eliminate moisture, prevent air oxidation, neutralize acidic and alkaline media, and effectively prevent oxidation and rust.
