3. Observe the manufacturing process of the iron core. Whether the surface of the iron core is smooth, flat, and the thickness is uniform, and whether there are burrs at the cutting port of the high-pressure pump.

4. It also depends on the quality of the insulation layer, which is important to reduce multiple short circuits to a certain extent.

1. Empty load test. The current is measured to determine the quality of the iron core. 2. Load testing. During the test, the temperature changes during the operation of the transformer can be felt. If the temperature rises quickly, it indicates a large loss of the iron core.
